Housekeeping took ages to bring a single towel, and the toilets were in awful shape, with yellow seats and stained bedsheets. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Windows were broken, and there were no water geysers. It felt as if there was no cleaning staff at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. The management doesn't seem to care about guests.

The manager, Mr Rajeev, was absent during our stay. When I called about an issue, he told me to speak to reception instead of helping directly. I also never received the GST bill he had promised at booking, even after reminding him on WhatsApp, though I was charged 5% GST separately for the rooms. I booked 20 rooms directly for two days for guests. Some rooms were good and others weren't, and hygiene was average. At check-in, rooms weren't available because existing guests checked out late. Pawan at reception was helpful and did what he could to handle the hotel's underlying issues. There were a few significant gaps between what I'd expected from a hotel in this category and what was delivered.
