The location was convenient and easy to reach, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay at The York, with a clean, comfortable room. Seems like a good budget-friendly choice for a comfortable stay in Noida.

The athletes were met with aggressive behavior and hostility from both staff and the owner after a payment dispute with the team owners. The hotel had recently hosted a professional Kabaddi league team, then chose to harass the players and stop them from leaving, even though they had nothing to do with the back-end accounts. Money disagreements happen in business, but taking them out on guests is deeply unprofessional. Treating people like hostages over a third-party contract is unethical and potentially illegal. A hotel's basic responsibilities are hospitality and safety, and this place failed at both. If you care about basic human decency and professional ethics, stay far away. They showed no respect for their guests.
