Hotel Vizima 62

With my previous hotel booking cancelled at the last minute, I had to book here. I regret not checking the reviews first. The lift wasn't working, and the breakfast was poor. They deliberately delayed it until after 9:20-9:30, by which point I was already late for the office. The hygiene was terrible. The linens and towel were very dirty, and the room didn't seem properly cleaned. They changed the bedsheet but left the same dirty towel. Luckily, I had brought my own. Think twice before booking here.

The bedding was all dirty, including the sheets, pillow covers, and blankets. I booked a room at a lower price, but when I arrived they said it had already been booked and charged extra for another room. That room was filthy, with pan gutkha spit marks on the walls. When we complained about the dirty blankets and pillows, they refused to do anything. The room stank of cigarette smoke, but when I asked for air freshener, they said they didn't have any. After more complaints, they offered me the original lower-priced room but refused to refund the extra amount I'd paid for the spacious one. The cheaper room was cramped, like a storeroom. They also refused my refund request and told us to contact Oyo management. We spent the afternoon there for a quick nap, then were forced to leave in the evening.

This shabby hotel provided no hot water, WiFi, toiletries, or drinking water. The bedsheets hadn't been changed, and there were no pillow covers. The food service was mediocre too.

The location shown under the OYO name on the map is wrong, so finding the hotel can be difficult. Inside, the room was unclean, there was no Wi-Fi, condom packets were left in the room, and the mattress kept sliding off the bed. Service was very bad. The reception guy also submits a rating from your phone automatically. Worst hotel.
