Treebo Trend House Inn

There wasn't even a proper sign on the building, so finding the hotel was difficult. Inside, I was met with a strong cigarette smell. Housekeeping sprayed freshener in front of me, but it only partly masked it, and the towels weren't properly clean. Power kept cutting in and out for the first 3-4 hours, which was a major inconvenience. The place looked new and well maintained in photos, but seemed old and neglected in person. The mattress had parts poking out and was hard to sleep on, and the chair's foam was torn. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. A very poor experience.

I used to visit regularly, but the front desk manager's rude, unprofessional behavior last time ruined my stay. That disrespectful attitude needs addressing, and management should train staff in basic hospitality. I can't recommend the hotel.

The location is convenient, and the food was really good. The rooms need renovation and aren't up to the mark. Some questions from the receptionist made me uncomfortable. Room service and housekeeping staff were kind, humble, and friendly. There was an uncle in room service whose name we didn't catch, but he was especially kind and helpful.

After checking in, I called a colleague to meet me, but the staff wouldn't let him in. He rang the gate around 20 times over an hour and still couldn't enter, even though I offered to pay extra and had valid ID. I found the staff rude and extremely frustrating. In my experience, hotels rated 3 to 5 stars normally let three guests of the same gender share one room, but this hotel has no such option and feels very unusual. The experience was disappointing, and I strongly recommend against booking here.
