We booked for 3 days but are checking out after one because we don't feel safe. The rooms are shitty, and the owner is even worse. Before booking, the owner was very polite, but after it was booked there was no soap or towels. The complimentary breakfast was just random, very oily things sent to the room, with no buffet like we were told at booking. The digital room lock caused another problem. We never got the code all day, so we couldn't leave the room because of privacy concerns, and they wouldn't give us keys either. The staff are illiterate, don't know what they're doing, and don't know how to talk to people. Even if this hotel were free, don't book it.

The service was extremely good and the staff behaved well. The room was good too, though the location is remote and crowded.

The location was filthy, with a bridge under construction nearby. At the hotel, there was no room cleaning and the staff didn’t seem professional. They said hot water is only provided in winter, and the power went out frequently. The food was just okay.
