Lemon Tree Hotel, Noida

Ram's friendly manner and readiness to help made my stay at Lemon Tree memorable. He was attentive, courteous, and professional throughout, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. His excellent service reflects well on the whole hotel team. Thank you, Ram, for the wonderful hospitality!

Room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't. I checked in after 10 PM on 20 May 2026, following a long day, and found the in-house restaurant closed at 10:30 PM. Zomato and Swiggy came to the rescue, as the hotel didn't. I had requested and received confirmation of a 2 PM late checkout when I checked in. I also asked for an iron and ironing board; neither arrived, even after I followed up. For a business hotel, that's unacceptable. After meetings, I reminded the team I'd check out after lunch, around 1:45-2 PM. Mr. Azeem, the Manager on Duty, acknowledged that. But after I finished lunch at 3 PM, he charged me ₹2,500 for late checkout, with no prior warning, flexibility, or accountability. I offered to settle by 2 PM, but he wasn't interested in finding a solution. Mr. Azeem, with due respect, a manager should manage, not damage guest relationships. Mr. Sujeet and Mr. Rhythm were just as unhelpful throughout the stay. As someone in the events and hospitality fraternity, I know what guest-first service looks like. This was the opposite, and the basics we provide for clients every day weren't met. I'd rather forget this night and wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect consistency, honesty, or basic hospitality. Check other Lemon Tree properties instead; this one felt like an outlier and an embarrassment to the brand. Stay was 20-21 May 2026, one night too many.

The car entrance is especially difficult: you have to drive up a very small ramp to get into the hotel. Inside, the washroom drain was blocked and the floor flooded, and there was no hot water. Basic items like toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing too. Housekeeping rang the bell and entered on its own within 20 seconds, which compromised our privacy. The hotel also lost electricity three times, with no generator. I'm highly disappointed with this Lemon Tree branch. I've never had these problems at any other branch.

The food was very good in both quality and taste, and the service was excellent. Mr. Debabrata was especially polite and provided outstanding service. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommended.
