OYO 75618 Hotel Belmorrise

The receptionist behaved terribly and was illiterate. We had no blanket or bedsheet for the whole day, and at midnight they were threatening to throw us out. We even called the police at 12 am. Unmarried couples apparently get rooms for two or three hours, and the hotel’s atmosphere is pathetic. It’s not suitable for families or decent people, or really any kind of stay. This was a waste of money, not worth a penny.

The AC in my room didn’t work, even though they charged me for an AC room at check-in. It feels like a total scam. The service was third class, and this place seems meant for couples staying one or two hours, not people visiting for work. When I got back late from the office, they wouldn’t open the gate. I called about 100 times during the night, and he finally picked up at 6 am so we could get into the room. Pathetic. Hotels like this should be shut down if they don’t provide the service they charge for.

It felt like staying in hell. The hotel had no light bulbs, there was zero service or response, and the whole experience was pathetic. It would’ve been better to stay on the street.

You can see the hotel on MMT at a low price, but it won’t take online bookings. They only accept offline bookings, close to ₹1000 for two people. It’s a little walk from Hotel Noida Inn, with a crowded street below. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and hot water was available.
