Nothing in the washroom seemed to work, from the shower and taps to the toilet jet. The rooms were the worst I've seen, and there was no room service or pantry. They couldn't even offer a cup of tea, apparently because they didn't have milk. A terrible hotel experience.

We told reception before booking that the bathroom had no water. They said it would be fixed within half an hour, but it stayed that way for our entire one-day stay, and they offered no compensation. The receptionist was very irresponsible. On top of that, the electricity went out for two hours straight in the morning. Poor service.

Getting here is difficult, though Uber and other services are available. The rooms are decent for the price, and the staff are good.

The air conditioner didn't work properly, and the room quality was poor. It wasn't what I'd expected from OYO's premium category.

The room was nice and the beds were good, though the walls could use some renovation.
