I booked but didn't stay because they offered me a room on around the 6th floor with no elevator, so I'd have to climb the stairs. When I asked about another room, they said the hotel was full. How could it be full at 1300 hrs? The staff seemed uninterested in giving out rooms. Some reviewers had described the same situation, which is why I made an extra booking. Don't trust the fake reviews, anyone can write one. If they don't want to provide rooms, they should deregister from OYO. Absolutely not recommended.

I booked through MakeMyTrip and got a room on the 5th floor, with no lift. The location was okay, but the hotel isn't good for a family. I stayed one night. If you're on your own, it might be bearable, but it's not good.

The stairs are really steep, and they put us on the 6th floor with no elevator. When I asked whether another room was available, they acted like they didn't care. It felt like a chawl system. You earn from us, not the other way around. I wouldn't go here. Nearby, Fabexpress Hemkunt mansion is a good stay with good service, though prices have gone up now. There are also lots of hotels that aren't on the OYO or Fab app, so you can look around.

The staff are good, but there isn't a lift. The rooms feel more like PG rooms than OYO rooms, and the beds aren't comfortable.

It's a new hotel, so the service is good. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it's within walking distance of the Metro Station. I'd recommend it for families and corporate houses. 👍👍
