The rooms were dusty, with used bedsheets and unhygienic pillows. Toilets were damaged and sewage water spread inside, the health facets were damaged, and there was no proper drinking water. Staff were unprofessional, among many other problems. With immediate attention from management, the property could be transformed into the best.

Very bad experience. They charged extra and did fraud. I would never book a room here. They seem to have a pattern of doing fraud.

The bathroom was very dirty and smelly, and the lift wasn't working. Cleanliness isn't maintained at all. They take the customer's phone and leave feedback themselves. Staying here is a waste of 1500 rupees.

Money wasted. I paid so much, yet the room was in very bad condition. AC water covered the floor, and by the next morning there was nowhere to put my feet.

WORST experience!!!!! I had already booked through OYO, but when I arrived, they refused to give me a room and said every room was booked. Booking ID: LII98992
