SilverKey Executive Stays 38651 Sector 56

I paid less than 1K per night for three nights. For a budget place, the rooms were more standardized and cleaner than at most similarly priced hotels. The service was very basic, though. They'd provide what I asked for, but I had to ask each time. Cheap rates don't have to mean that, and taking the place a bit more seriously could bring it up from three stars to four or even five. It has potential.

I can't even share what happened during my stay. The service and staff were pathetic, and I've never encountered staff this rude or a more annoying way of handling service. There's no rating below one star, which is the only reason this place gets one. It was a total disgrace, and I'd never suggest anyone stay here. It should be detached from OYO too, since it gives the brand a bad name.

The room became horrible at night, with insects crawling on the floor and big cockroaches on the washroom door. The room itself was in bad condition, and there were lots of large cockroaches. The shower didn't work, there was no water in the morning, and the staff were very rude. The AC stopped in the middle of the night and only started again at 9'o' clock, with no service for the AC. Avoid this place for a stay of one or more days. I'm attaching photos and videos. Maybe it's only suitable for body builders who can break their bones dealing with the poor service.

We cancelled and went somewhere else because we didn't feel safe staying the night. The whole floor smelled of alcohol, and it seemed a group of people local to noida had paid for a few hours. As a couple, we felt embarrassed when the neighbours in the OYO building watched us suspiciously as we went in and came out. Whether that experience works for you depends on why you're visiting the hotel.
