Mascot Pentazz by OYO Rooms

There's not much around after 9 pm, and the place feels deserted, so you'll need a car. It's far from Noida city centre. I stayed for a couple of days through my company. The rooms are decent enough, but they're plain, and the upkeep isn't at premium hotel level.

I booked this hotel under booking number NTSF8635 and told them I would arrive after midnight. When I reached the area, there was no hotel sign, and nobody at reception answered the phone, so I couldn't find it. After I located the place, they kept the gate shut for 45 minutes. There was just one staff member, and he was asleep. I had paid for breakfast, but they don't have a kitchen. They said breakfast would be Maggi and tea, and only after a lot of effort did they agree to provide toast. The geyser didn't work either. I don't understand why OYO lists hotels like this, or what its local team reports about them. I'm a regular OYO Rooms user, but this was a bad experience and I'm not satisfied, even though I paid for the booking.

Our car was in the hotel's supposedly safe parking when it had an accident. The staff said looking after or protecting the vehicle wasn't their responsibility. Keep your car safe yourself.

The rooms weren't ready and hadn't been cleaned properly. Rust on the bathroom taps and spider webs in there, too.
