Nimantaran Hotel & Suites felt calm and elegant, and our stay was relaxing and memorable. The food was delicious with plenty to choose from, while service was quick and well organized. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely maintained, and the staff were polite, professional, and happy to help. It worked well for a family stay, business trip, or special occasion. I’d recommend it for comfort and hospitality, and would visit again.

There’s a large hole above the bathroom exhaust fan, so you can see into the bathroom from common areas and there’s no privacy. The room wasn’t cleaned, either. Room service was awful: the attendant was rude and disrespectful, and came across like a local goon. Even a single request could take an hour or longer to get a response.

It’s inside the mall, on the fifth floor, and doesn’t feel like a standard hotel. The room wasn’t properly cleaned or tidy, the AC remote was missing, and the TV remote didn’t work. If you want classy decor and a pleasant ambience, this place won’t suit you.

Manager Ritesh Dubey made sure I had what I needed, and the staff were courteous and organized. My room at Hotel Nimantran Noida was clean and well maintained, and the hotel’s decor was lovely. Its location was convenient too. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for the amenities, service, and setting.
