OYO 10664 Aone INN

There was noise late into the night, with a few drunk people causing enough disturbance on our floor that we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8 to 10, but when we called at 10:02, they refused, saying the time was over and staff were busy with a wedding function in the building. They don’t have their own kitchen either, they order from a nearby restaurant. The only smooth part was check-in. As soon as we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, the linen and bedsheet were very dirty, there was no hot water from the tap, and the washroom jet didn’t work properly. At checkout, the receptionist asked how it had been. I told him how horrible the stay was, and he apologized, then asked us to leave five-star feedback.

The room is good, the bathroom fine, and the staff cooperative. Breakfast from outside is good, and the rest is okay. But the window AC stays at temperature 30, which is a big problem, and the lock on room 202’s front door doesn’t work from either side. There’s no Oyo board or hotel name, so it’s very hard to find. Local people are allowed.

I stayed here for a wedding. One of our relatives’ jewellery was stolen from the room, and the hotel staff didn’t have proper security footage to identify who took it. Please stay alert and keep the rooms locked. The rooms are okay but need maintenance.

Breakfast isn’t available before 9:30, blankets aren’t available, and there was no hot water from the tap. The bedsheets were dirty, and the room wasn’t cleaned for two days. I was totally disappointed with the service and management, and recommend avoiding this Oyo hotel.
