I’ve booked this hotel by walking in several times, so I was concerned when the night-shift manager asked me to pay 1200 instead of 1018. At first he wouldn't give me a room and told me to speak with customer service. That was my one bad experience. I don't believe this was a scam.

On day one, they gave me a proper GST invoice with my company's GST number. The next day I got a tax invoice, but was told I'd need to pay extra to have my GST number added. That doesn't seem consistent with standard GST practice and left me concerned about billing transparency. The staff member I dealt with was also extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable, and it affected my stay. After that treatment and the unclear billing, I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't stay here. The staff aren't good, and when you complain, they even lie to senior staff. My room wasn't clean, there was no service, it smelled, and the AC and other electrical appliances didn't work. Worst experience.

They refused to check me in at the amount on my booking and demanded more money. There was nobody available to help, and OYO chat support was useless. The AI bot couldn't solve it either.
