The AC worked, and the bed linen looked reasonably clean, which was enough to get me through one night. The place otherwise felt damp and dirty, and the gated community apparently doesn't want OYO 20030 or nearby OYO 20031 operating there. There's no kitchen, and food deliveries mean walking out to the block gate. Tea with the breakfast they offer might still not arrive after an hour. There wasn't a towel in the bathroom, and I was just glad the toilet was usable. Taxis may not be allowed in. Avoid unless you really need to stay.

I was with my family, so I had to keep my frustration in check, but this was an embarrassing stay. OYO Flagship 20030 Jaypee Hospital, Noida, booking ID ANZQ3210, denied us a room and the staff behaved badly. I was shocked by how unprofessional and untrained they seemed. One of the worst hotels I've ever seen.

The hotel wasn't close to JP hospital, despite what I expected, and the management seemed more focused on money than hospitality. We waited 30 minutes for morning tea before calling again, only to be told they'd run out of milk. Food was a similar problem. It also didn't feel family-friendly. I noticed mostly unmarried couples staying without luggage, which made me a little uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this OYO to family or friends.

I had a good stay and would be happy to come back. The room was very good, and the staff were really nice, especially the managers on both shifts. Thanks, Oyo.

The bathrooms weren't clean, the geyser didn't work, and the breakfast tasted so bad nobody could eat it. Staff were unprofessional too. Whenever we asked for anything related to room service, they refused.
