The location is convenient, and it's affordable for an overnight stay near sector 18 in Noida. Breakfast was free and healthy, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were only average for the price and weren't well maintained. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the bathroom latches were broken.

I trusted OYO after making many bookings over the years, but this experience has completely broken that trust. I paid extra at cozy trees hotel after an OYO executive told me to, and took a screenshot as instructed. Now that I'm asking for that money back, the executives want a valid hotel property bill. I've repeatedly asked the hotel for one, and for hours they have kept assuring me it would arrive soon. I made a prepaid booking, reached the property, and only then they asked for extra charges. I won't book through OYO again or recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were dirty and poorly equipped, with no intercom, towel, or toilet kit, and the cleanliness was basically zero. The AC didn't work, staff weren't supportive, and the charge was high for what was provided. I wouldn't recommend it.

I left after just six hours because I couldn't imagine spending the whole night there. Even after I asked the receptionist, they didn't take care of the cleanliness, and no room sanitation was done in front of me. Not a good experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The service was good, but the rooms were very dirty and didn't match the pictures on the OYO app. I don't know why OYO listed it as premium. It belongs in the budget category.
