OYO 75632 Primrose Hotel's

After I cancelled, the staff made a comment that I'd be troubled further. It was upsetting after a long journey, especially since I'd booked in advance for convenience. Thankfully, the OYO app helped me get my refund, and I found another hotel through a different app. I'd arrived at 6 PM after work and travel delays, although check-in was at 11 AM. Only then did they tell me there were power problems and ask me to move to another property. When I requested my money back, they said they couldn't refund it because I had paid through the OYO app. The staff behaved badly and pushed me to take a room elsewhere for almost double the price. I refused and cancelled. The service was a huge disappointment despite the hotel's 4.5 Google rating.
