OYO 9915 Petals Inn

They even let me bring in outside food, so I have no complaints. For the price, I wasn’t expecting more than what was provided. The room was a good size, and cleanliness, staff behavior, and room service were fantastic. The washrooms could be kept cleaner, but it was good enough for an overnight stay.

The locality is good, and the hotel itself is clean and nice, but the service falls short. There’s no food service inside, so you can order from outside. They didn’t provide proper water or even an All out. With the room full of mosquitoes, I asked for repellent, but they sprayed Hit instead, and I had to leave the room. If they improved a few basic facilities, this could be a great choice.

The building looks beautiful outside, but inside it was filthy from the floor to the bedding. The bathroom floor was covered in footprints, and changing rooms didn’t help because every room we saw was bad. The towel they gave us at check-in had fresh-looking tobacco-type stains and something stuck to it, folded so the stains were hidden inside. The toilet bowl was stained, like someone had spat in it, and we didn’t use it. This was the worst OYO stay I’ve had, a complete waste of money. I wish I could rate it below one star. At checkout, staff insisted we open the OYO app even after we said we’d rate later. We gave them two stars, which was more than the service deserved. When we said the rooms were really dirty, they replied, “If it’s such a problem, don’t come next time.” We said we wouldn’t, and they said, “Yes, don’t come.” That was outright mistreatment. Bro, we’re not going back into that filth just to die. Dear OYO, if this is how you’re letting OYO rooms decline, I’d rather pay a little more for a better hotel. I hope this review helps someone, and I hope they improve.

The kitchens I visited in Oyo properties in Udaipur and Noida smelled awful, and the food was the worst, both expensive and poor quality. At one place, when I asked them to change the hot water and stinking bedsheet, they said the laundryman comes every three days, so they had no stock. Oyo’s service and property standards keep getting worse. Only a few are good, while the rest stink. Don’t be tempted by the cheap prices, it’s a waste of money, and don’t trust the photos that make the places look good.
