Housekeeping needs a consistent daily checklist for room upkeep, cleaning and guest amenities, with records and regular follow-up. During my stay, cleaning for guests staying continuously seemed incomplete. Doors, tables and the areas around the intercom need to be dusted and cleaned every day. The sheet-changing policy waits until after the second day. Given the risk of fluid-related infections, guests should be told about keeping the same linen and asked for consent before that policy is followed. Kitchen staff seemed to focus mainly on clearing tables. They should also help carry breakfast and pitch in when needed without waiting to be told. More initiative and teamwork are needed. The housekeeping supervisor should take responsibility, get refresher training first, then run sessions for the rest of the team to reinforce the standard procedures. These observations are offered for action and service improvement.

I arranged 20 rooms for my family and guests travelling from different states across India for my daughter's wedding. Everyone had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was yummy, and the atmosphere was pleasant. What stood out most was the warm hospitality from the hotel staff. Strongly recommend.

As someone who's stayed at several 4-star and 5-star places, I know what premium service can be like. Bloom was nowhere near it. The rooms felt way overpriced, with no balcony, very little space and not even a basic hair dryer. I asked for just 30 minutes of late checkout, but they made me leave at 11 AM even though the hotel was almost empty. No flexibility or hospitality. Calling this a “boutique stay” feels misleading. If comfort, service and value for money matter to you, book somewhere else, but never Bloom Stays.

I was at Bloom for almost 17 days, and the room stayed clean and well maintained the whole time. Everyone was courteous, supportive and well mannered. Rukam Pal was especially attentive and professional with room service, and Yash Ezzaz in the restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The food and service were always great. I'd highly recommend Bloom as one of the best places to stay.

A positive stay for me, and a good option if you're travelling for business. The rooms were pretty decent. Food was decent too, though I did find it a bit expensive.
