The only good thing was the cafe on the ground floor, " THE SOCIAL DOOR". They deliver to the room, and the food was very tasty. Everything else was awful. The lift wasn't working, there was no water bottle in the room, and the cupboard was broken and missing its doors. The toilet flush didn't work, and there were no toiletries even after I asked. They told me to call at 8 for anything I needed, but the intercom was out of order too. I couldn't get a towel either. They said it was in the laundry and told me to come to reception at 10 AM to check if I could get one. The staff were extremely rude. What a failure for "OYO", which built its business on customer satisfaction. This isn't really a hotel, it's a "DHARAMSHALA", and even Dharamshalas are much better.

The toilets are awful, the rooms are dirty, and the staff are rude and arrogant. This filthy place needs a lot of improvement. A waste of time and money, a big no for visitors.

At night the rat keeps biting the wardrobe through holes in the room. The room service staff don't mop or make the beds properly, and the bedsheet they provided was so dirty. The receptionist, who is also the manager, was rude and clearly had no manners. They spoke so rudely it felt like talking to an uneducated person, with no etiquette at all. The staff and room service are the worst. This is one of the worst Oyo townhouse rooms, in mamura near Vishal mega Mart. Stay at your own risk.
