It's a mix of OYO and commercial use. If you book at the hotel, you get AC, Wi-Fi, TV, greaser, and other things, but the price is higher. Booking through oyo rooms as spot on gives you only the basics, like a room and clean washroom. For the price, though, the rooms and service are really good.
I booked through Oyo, but couldn't find the place despite trying hard, so I had to cancel. Google Maps sent me to a private house that didn't look like a guest house or hotel. There were no signs at the location Google showed, and it seemed like the business might be operating from a residential building. I'm giving it one star just so I can leave this review.
Everything was handy, with a hospital and market nearby for food, medicines, or other things. I stayed about a week and had a great time. It was a nice place, and the hotel staff were cooperative and friendly.
I booked through MakeMyTrip, but when I got there, no room was available. They had apparently promised MakeMyTrip a room that didn't exist. The staff behaved badly. MakeMyTrip customer care arranged better accommodation for me, which was good of them. Please avoid Oyo 3464 Rajdeep Villa.
As of Oct 2019, the room rate was 1500 per room. The place was no longer associated with OYO. There's no signboard, and the map location is a little off.
