The location wasn’t very convenient, but the hospitality made up for that. I had a comfortable stay, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. Anashree from housekeeping was especially polite and quick to respond whenever I needed something. The front desk team, security, and the rest of the hotel staff were professional and great to deal with.

The rooms could use some refurbishment, though the food at Pinxx was simple and nice, and its staff were pleasant to interact with. I spent two nights in Feb 26, and the room service stood out for being prompt and helpful. I remember Anashree making sure we had a comfortable stay.
