Treebo Primeone

I booked two days at Prime One Treebo and wasted 5000. The receptionist was rude and argumentative, so I checked in and left within 15 minutes. Instead of helping, they said, “Yeh mera kaam nahi hai likhne ka” (This is not my job to write). They made me fill out a register with personal details, including my mobile number, full permanent address, and house or plot number. If you make even a small address mistake, they get aggressive and insult you, saying, “Aap padhe likhe ho, aise kaun address fill karta hai” (You are educated, who fills address like this). They also said guests had to return before 11 PM. I lost the money for the two days, and Treebo support didn't resolve anything. They talked about arranging something but didn't fix my issue. Customer care was busy and unhelpful, and the help center didn't support me either. I request that this ownership be closed, and I'll post about it on Twitter. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Please avoid this property. You could choose another Treebo property instead, since other properties provide much better service, like Treebo Aviraj Inn.

The room was very basic, smelled bad, and had a bathroom lock that didn't work. I asked them to use room freshener, but they didn't. The guy at reception was rude too. They advertise it as a 3-star hotel, but that feels fake, it isn't even 2-star. Definitely not recommended.

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was decent, and the staff were courteous.

A nice place for a short stay. The food was good, and the staff were nice.
