The bathroom was disgusting, the food was bad, and the rooms smelled awful. The elevator smelled so bad I had to hold my breath. The price is very high for such poor quality. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen.

The hotel has a restaurant and room service, plus air conditioning and geysers in the rooms. There are lifts, and it hosts birthday and get-together parties for 50-150 people if booked in advance. It has the largest number of rooms in all of North lakhimpur, with decent-sized, clean, well-maintained rooms across a range of prices, including suites up to 3000 a night.

Food quality wasn’t good, and the rates felt too high for the amenities and service. The room and bathroom were fairly clean, but it can get very noisy late into the night, especially when they’re preparing for an event the next day.

Housekeeping staff were helpful, and the hotel is 9kms from the airport. There were no hotel cars available for airport transfers, the power was out all day, and Tata Sky was deactivated. Food wasn’t available according to the menu they provided. Not a good place to stay.
