I booked a room here twice and had a very bad experience both times. Each time, the room was dirty and smelled bad, the air conditioner didn’t work, there was no water in the bathroom, and the toilet was unclean. I ended up leaving both times because I couldn’t stay comfortably, even though I’d paid a substantial amount for the accommodation.

Although the water had iron in it and the cable TV didn’t work, I found the stay comfortable given the location. It’s a nice place in Lakhimpur town, and my room was huge, with a sofa and a small dining table that also worked as a study table.

The water wasn’t working properly, and what came through had iron in it. The cable TV was out too. Very poor.

We paid almost 14,000 rupees and got dirty rooms, shelves, and cupboards, a TV that didn’t work, and rooms different from the two we’d booked. The balcony had an alcohol bottle and cigarette butts, the window panes were dirty, and the corridor above reception smelled like urine. When we told the manager, he made excuses, saying it happened because he wasn’t there to see it. The food was horrible too. Disgusting place to stay. Shameless lazy idiots.

I arrived late but still got a warm welcome, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Dinner was good as well. The hotel is in the heart of Lakhimpur, with spacious parking and cash, card, and UPI payment options. The rooms are large and reasonably priced, though they could have been cleaner and management should pay more attention to upkeep.
