The bathroom had dirty toilets, no towels or basic toiletries, and there were no blankets. The whole place smelled bad. We paid ₹3,000 a night for two adults and a 3-year-old, but the room looked nothing like the advertised photos. The air conditioner had no remote and kept switching off, and even the elevator wasn't working at night. One of the worst hotels around.

The rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The hospitality was great too. Highly recommend it! 👍

I was down with a cold and fever, and early in the morning I couldn't get hot water for a bath. When I asked the older staff member, he said non-AC rooms don't get hot water, but nobody had told me that at check-in. I was willing to pay for even half a bucket, but got no helpful response. In a building this large, having no hot water is really disappointing. Please take care of customers' needs in the future. Meeting those needs would help the business too. 🙏🙏🙏

The room was near reception, and the old AC didn't work properly. There was no hot water either. There's a hotel nearby with excellent food.
