NRKM Residency in Ongole was a frustrating stay, especially for the price. The AC didn't work, and even after I complained several times, staff were slow to respond and didn't seem to take it seriously. The room wasn't maintained well, with dusty furniture and dirty linens. There was a foul smell in the bathroom, and the plumbing wasn't adequate. Service was poor, the staff seemed uninterested in customer concerns, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I expected better facilities and service for what I paid. It didn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, well-maintained stay.

The only real advantage is the location. The bathroom doors have no bolts, and the cupboards aren't clean. Management could improve the atmosphere and the other facilities.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. It felt like a hostel for girls and boys, with intermediate, nursing, and medical students from a nearby hospital staying there, rather than a hotel or lodge. Students chatted and laughed loudly in the corridors. There was no drinking water, hot water, room service, or TV. The place was unhygienic and unclean, and not maintained well. No soap or shampoo was provided, the AC stopped working, and water in the washrooms wasn't continuous. Even after I complained three times, management didn't check or turn on the motor. There was no parking either.

The reception had two boys, and each quoted a different price. When I paid extra, they said they'd return it at checkout, but one boy kept 30 rupees as a tip himself, lol. The room was never cleaned, even though it had just been painted when we arrived. There was dust and sand everywhere, and when we opened the window, there were lots of empty alcohol bottles outside.
