The location lives up to the hype, close to every tourist spot, and the hotel has a lovely view. We got an affordable family suite, and room service was top-notch. The receptionist and service staff were so warm and welcoming, and I loved the stay. Just a heads up, weekends have a buffet, while on weekdays food is served individually. Sometimes the food wasn't quite up to the mark, but it was manageable and enough to eat.

We found the family suite affordable, and the view from the hotel was really good. It's close to all the tourist spots, so the location deserves the hype. Room service was top-notch, and the receptionist and hotel staff made us feel very welcome. I loved our stay.

The cottages are connected by paver blocks that are in such poor shape they're difficult to walk on. Our cottage also had a shutter that wouldn't close, so rain splashed in and we were constantly trying to dry the floor during the intermittent rain. The main door frame has no bottom batten, which could let small creatures inside, and the windows have no safety grills, which may affect guests' safety. The doors and frames are shabby and worn, and there's no proper locking system. Power cuts happen frequently. We booked four cottages and stayed one night. The setting is very scenic, but the resort is in deplorable condition and badly maintained. A few rooms above reception look decent, but I wouldn't stay in the other cottages. With proper renovation and timely upkeep, this place could become a good resort. Until then, it's not suitable for a stay.

Believe me, if you want a beautiful view of Ooty, go to this resort. I loved the scenery so much 😃😃
