Priyanka cooked really well and prepared whatever we asked for, while Mr ibrahim was always just a call away and arranged a special home-style dinner during our stay. We had a family holiday in Ooty from 01/08-03/08 2025, with The secret glen as our first choice. The views from both floors were mesmerizing, and the bonfire, music, ambience, and rooms with breathtaking views were all we could ask for. Thanks Ibrahim and Priyanka for making our stay at the Glen memorable.

We enjoyed the campfire and barbeque, and the location was convenient for visiting major attractions. The manager of Glen villa was great, and the service was impeccable, friendly, and very nice. Our room was clean and neat, and we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

The room and views at Glen villa cottage were excellent and made for a comfortable, scenic stay. But the room in-charge behaved unprofessionally and was slow to answer my requests. Some things were already damaged, yet he tried to charge extra. I hope management addresses this to improve the guest experience.

The room and views were great, but the room in-charge’s behavior was unacceptable and spoiled the stay. We hadn’t damaged any furniture, yet he accused us of it and charged us unfairly. I hope management deals with this and improves customer service.

Clean rooms and delicious homemade food make this a fantastic place for a family or friends to have a good time. The music system, party mic, and lights add to the fun for guests of all ages. Tandoori chicken and paneer seem like must-tries.
