The staff were accommodating and always keen to help with a smile. Devaraj deserves a special thank you. Breakfast was the one letdown: we were told it was à la carte rather than a buffet, which was fine since we don’t eat most of the dishes. But the person in charge had no menu and just rattled off the options, so we had to see what other guests had ordered before choosing.

The food was a highlight, especially the mouth-watering Chicken 65. We also enjoyed the egg bhurji, phulkas and sweets. Breakfast options were limited, but what they served was fresh and delicious, and the team there were professional and helpful. The hotel is by the central market, close to shopping, food options and tourist spots. We were welcomed with complimentary cookies, and the entry guard was dedicated and helpful. Check-in was smooth, the guidance about room etiquette felt professional, and checkout was quick. We stayed on 6-7 February 2026 at Hotel Meadows Residency, Ooty, and had a comfortable visit. It’s a well-managed place with good service and food, and we’d recommend it and stay again.

The staff were good people and provided very good service, and the food was really tasty. It’s close to the ROSE GARDEN, BOTANICAL GARDEN and most religious places. Check-in and checkout were hassle-free, and room service was prompt, with the facilities we needed. The staff were very polite and welcoming every time, which made us feel respected and happy. The place was clean and cozy, and the food had an authentic taste. A good pick for a pleasant stay.
