Misty Wood Resorts

The rooms were clean, and the quiet surroundings made for a lovely family stay. The staff were kind, polite, and supportive the whole time, especially with our 2-year-old. They even thoughtfully made meals suitable for the baby. We also really enjoyed the excellent food and hospitality. Highly recommended for families.

The rooms were cozy and clean, with lovely forest views, and the resort was beautifully kept. We enjoyed the campfire, morning trek, and the wildlife sounds after dark. It was peaceful and refreshing being surrounded by nature. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with care. The local and continental dishes were both great. A lovely place to unwind for a weekend or a nature break. We’ll definitely come back!

You can see the Nilgiris from the entrance, and there wasn’t much traffic or crowd in or around the resort. It felt quiet and peaceful, with plenty of parking and several spots to sit together, including one by the playground where grown-ups could chat while keeping an eye on the kids. During our three days, the staff were kind and helpful. They told us the timings and were firm about safety. The rooms and toilets were remarkably clean, with essentials like toothbrushes provided. Service was very good, and the food was so good, like something your mom or grandma would make. It was healthy too, and they took our advance food requests into account. Misty woods resort is one of the best in Masinagudi for families with kids. Every need was taken care of, and I loved it 😍

From our room balcony, we could spot lots of deer and peacocks, and the view was fabulous. The customer service deserves a mention too, the staff were really polite. We enjoyed all three freshly cooked meals each day, tasty and healthy. There’s a small play area, so it’s a good place for families with kids. I highly recommend Misty woods resort. Thanks, guys!
