The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. What spoiled it for me was the breakfast issue. The owner refused to provide it because the OYO booking had been made at a very low rate, even though the app said breakfast was included. OYO customer care didn't do much to sort it out either.
The owner wouldn't provide breakfast because, apparently, the OYO booking price was too low. Aside from that, our stay was really good. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The view from the hotel was lovely, and there are good vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants nearby. You can also have food delivered to your room. The staff were polite and helpful, too. A very nice OYO hotel, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, and the surrounding area was nice. But the hotel doesn't have hot water all day. If you need it urgently, they'll offer an electric kettle. There's no canteen inside, and the food is expensive. Breakfast choices are limited, too.
Getting there is easy since it's right on the road. We had a wonderful family stay, with helpful caretakers and clean rooms and bathrooms. The balcony is really large and has a great view.
