Bon Sejour lived up to its name, which means “pleasant stay” in French. The property was spotless and very well kept, with elegant, comfortable rooms and a welcoming feel. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive. The window looked out over Ooty’s green hills and peaceful scenery, and we could even see a bison there. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Bon Sejour to anyone looking for quiet, natural beauty, and kind hospitality in Ooty.

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We had a clean, elegant, peaceful stay at Bon Sejour on 30th Jan 26, and left feeling refreshed. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

The staff were caring and very helpful during our stay. The property sits peacefully on top of the mountain, away from Ooty’s traffic and market areas, with lovely valley and sunrise views. Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay.

Calling it a resort and villa set expectations that the stay didn’t meet. The rooms are tiny, there’s no restaurant, and it lacks even the amenities you’d expect at a basic hotel. Rates are much too high. The complimentary breakfast is limited to idli and dosa.

Roshan and Arun looked after us so well, and the host was friendly too. The place is cute, very tidy, and has a lovely view. We also enjoyed the hygienic, home-cooked food.
