Modern Villa

The terrace view is the highlight of this beautiful place to stay. Service was very good, and the staff took great care of us. They were kind and ready to help anytime.

A good place, though I wouldn’t call it lavish. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff are very friendly. We’re quite reserved people, but the caretaker still reached out and helped us with hot water and extra beds. I’d definitely recommend it.

The balcony view was lovely, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the area was quiet. We only stayed one day, but it was a great stay. I’d recommend it for families.

We found Modern Villa in a quiet residential area, with Ooty Lake, the Botanical Garden, and town only a short drive away. After five days on pilgrimage, our family of seven spent three days and two nights there in three Deluxe Rooms, and it was a comfortable place to wind down. The rooms were cozy, tidy, and had the essentials, with a homely feel. There was plenty of parking, too. The caretaker was especially kind, polite, and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Service was simple but sincere. It made for a memorable, relaxing end to our trip, and I’d recommend Modern Villa to families or groups seeking a peaceful stay in Ooty.
