The sunrise and sunset views from our room were the standout for us. Green hills, misty valleys, and clouds made the scenery feel almost unreal, and having hot tea by the window in the cool breeze was one of my favorite parts. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a neat washroom and cozy, well-kept interiors. Sunset Valley Holiday Inn is away from Ooty's busy tourist areas, so the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. We could hear birds, enjoy fresh air, and take in the valley scenery. The staff were friendly, quick to help, and made sure we were comfortable. Meals were fresh and tasty, especially in the cold weather, and the property stayed clean and well maintained. We came away with memorable moments from our Ooty trip. It's a peaceful place for families, couples, or anyone wanting comfortable rooms, valley views, and warm hospitality.

The city looks gorgeous through the hotel's panoramic windows, and the rooftop gives you an even wider 360 view 🌞. I liked the elegant, interesting design too, so take a look around. The facilities and staff were very good, with hot water, a kettle, drinking water, towels, and a dental kit and shampoo provided. The location is convenient as well. If you're visiting Ooty, I'd choose this hotel for the fantastic views.

We stayed two nights, and the town and tea plantation views were amazing. The room had a really romantic feel and was clean and hygienic. Service was top-notch, and there was a small but adequate guest parking area. It's on the left as you come down from Dodabetta peak toward Ooty town. It is pricey, but the atmosphere and views made it worth it for me 😊.
