Good value for a budget stay, with excellent rooms and superb service from the staff. Receptionist Seren R was genuinely polite and always ready to help with anything. I had a really great experience and hope to return. I’d suggest it to others too.

I had a generally good stay, and the atmosphere and facilities were pleasant. The bathroom felt cramped and could have been bigger for more comfort. Service was the main drawback: staff in the guest areas didn’t seem very attentive or presentable, and lacked courtesy. They could use professional training to bring their service up to the hotel’s standard.

Surendra took great care of us, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. The room and bathroom were neat and clean, and the view from the room was stunning. I choose hotels carefully after reading reviews, and this stay met my expectations. The bathroom was a little small, though they used the space efficiently, and the road up to the hotel needs some repair. Still, it was a very good experience. I’d recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

Shops and local markets are about 3-4 kms away, so they aren’t within walking distance. The hotel reception can arrange a local auto if you ask. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the ambience is lovely. The service staff were hospitable, the cafeteria food was delicious and good quality, and breakfast had a reasonable number of complimentary options. There’s also reliable sightseeing taxi service, with good drivers and very reasonable rates.
