We stayed from Feb 15-19 at the newly developed V Grand Hotel, the SBI 1380 holiday home and guest house in Ooty. The staff did a fabulous job across the board, arranging tours smoothly, providing comfortable car service, keeping the rooms spotless, and offering top-notch hospitality. Everything from their behavior to the service was impeccable. Highly recommend for SBI families.

The lift wasn’t functional yet, and the hotel was still under construction, but we had a very pleasant stay at The V Grand in Ooty. Our room had all the essentials, including a water purifier, hot water, and a kettle, plus a comfortable recliner. It was spotless, and the mountain view was stunning, just like the pictures. The staff were warm and helpful, and arranged a sightseeing tour at a fair price. Highly recommended, especially for families.

A comfortable place for a family to rest. The rooms were great and the property was very well maintained. The manager, Mr Md Ali, was supportive with all our questions, and room service was helpful too.

The bus stop is within walking distance, with a petrol pump and hotels just across from the property. It’s at Chering cross, about 2 kms from Central busstand, and convenient for getting to Ooty’s main tourist spots. Safe and convenient for families, I’d highly recommend it. The covered parking, room, and bathroom all gave a luxurious feel. The whole place was super neat and clean, and you can see its class and standard everywhere. Excellent stay, superb experience.
