Venus Residency

Getting around was easy from this hotel, with attractions and transport close by. We also found the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable, with what we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were professional and so courteous, always willing to help. I had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been more satisfied.

We paid quite a lot for a two-night stay at this Ooty hotel. The location was the good part. Our room was dirty and smelled unpleasant, the bedsheet was dirty, and the washroom was in terrible shape, with a leaking shower.

At Venus Residency, the host made us feel welcome, was gentle and cheerful, and helped us whenever needed. As North Indians, we had no inconveniences during our comfortable stay. The rooms are decent, though not lavish, which is fair for a budget-friendly place. Late-night entry and exit are accommodated too. If you arrive in Ooty without finding a good place, this is one to consider. You can book a night, look around online or in person, then switch comfortably if you find another option. We’d highly recommend it. 5 stars.

The room was clean and roomy, and there was hot water as well as mineral drinking water. It’s budget accommodation with the essentials, and I had an awesome stay.
