Hotel Jaiswal Tower

I paid ₹3250 per room per night for two rooms, for two nights, and the price just wasn’t justified. There are newer hotels in Orai with much better rooms and service, even at ₹1000. The bathrooms in both rooms leaked, cleanliness was poor, and the beds and blankets were stained. The bedding, furniture and interiors all looked old and used, and the rooms need renovation. I was travelling with elderly people and asked for an extra blanket, but they wanted more money for it. Unless you have no other choice, don’t book here. The rooms are in a pathetic state.

Really shabby, poorly maintained and dirty. The room was filthy, and the washroom was awful.

I’ve been visiting regularly for the past six months and have stayed here for more than 12 nights. The location deserves a very high rating, and the property had a big name in the city when it was built. These days the services are very poor. The washrooms are a complete disaster, with water not coming properly. Staff asked me to change rooms several times, but every room had the same problem. There are only one or two AC remotes being shared across all the rooms, and some rooms have lights or switches that don’t work. The phone often fails too, so I have to go to reception whenever I need help. In a word, the owner seems least interested in maintaining or updating the rooms.

The area is busy, with lots of traffic, so getting there can be a little troublesome. The hotel looks good and the food service is okay, but the room service didn’t impress me. My room was neat and clean, and the hotel is fine for an average stay, alone or with family. Yes, with your girlfriend too.
