DEEPANSHU RATHI was always reachable by phone, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and close together. The package covered meals, including breakfast, high tea, and dinner, and the breakfast and dinner were good. High tea was jhaal mudhi, pakoda, and tea. It also included a camel ride and safari. After tea, a jeep took us up the tila for village views and sunset, about a one-minute trip. The camel ride there was also about a minute, then the safari jeep brought us back. If you pay the driver, they’ll drive you around for five minutes.

The clean, comfortable rooms and good food made our 25th anniversary celebration here a lovely one. The setting is peaceful and scenic, with a little of the feel of Jaisalmer. A special place for celebrating.

Aam Singh and Megh Singh gave us really professional, courteous service. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend a visit to this resort.

I felt cheated. The place was completely empty, and online booking through what seemed like a dummy listing by the owner cost more than double. They also falsely confirmed that the swimming pool and other amenities were operational. Service was poor, there was no room service, and the room wasn’t cleaned on time. There didn’t seem to be safety measures for valuables or phones at this so-called resort.

We came from Jaisalmer as a group of 150, and had a great time at Osian. Chetan Singh arranged everything so well, from the excellent food to a wonderful safari. This was a top-notch resort.
