The complimentary breakfast was decent, though lunch and dinner that we ordered were better. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the Pure Veg thali restaurant and A-la-carte menu gave us plenty of choices. I had been unsure about staying in Dharashiv instead of Solapur, but Pushpak Hotel surpassed what I expected. The parking area was spacious, the lobby beautifully decorated, and the rooms well ventilated.

The staff were very uncooperative and rude, with no greeting or smile. Calling the 24 x 7 support number was no help either: the night manager sounded irritated, answered rudely, and even sent a rude message. The rooms are small for the rates, and the bathroom stinks. They also served the same buffet breakfast for two days in a row.

The bathroom layout was the main drawback in my deluxe room. The toilet pan sat right in the path of the door, so closing it could be awkward or it would hit the pan. For a room described as deluxe, that felt like a letdown. The bathroom itself was clean and usable, with hot water, basic soap and towels, and timely, cooperative housekeeping. The hotel is centrally placed in Dharashiv (Osmanabad), handy for the city center, major landmarks, the Dharashiv Caves and nearby temples. Getting there by private vehicle or local transport was easy, and the area was fairly quiet despite being central. Parking was available and felt safe and accessible. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a supportive firm bed, functional modern furnishings, good lighting, a television, small desk and wardrobe. Check-in was quick, and room service was responsive and polite. The staff were courteous and professional. Reception gave me local directions and helped arrange transport to the nearby caves. The in-house restaurant had a limited menu but decent meals and snacks, and breakfast came on time. The simple, welcoming feel worked well for a short or overnight stay, and the hotel seemed suitable for families or business travelers looking for a calm, budget-friendly option without extravagance. Hotel Pushpak Park is a good mid-range choice, though the bathroom arrangement in some rooms needs attention. I'd ask for a room with a well-aligned bathroom. Rating: 4/5. Recommended for solo travelers, families, and business stays.
