It smelled of smoke, there were large mosquitoes in the room, and the stay didn't feel hygienic at all. Nothing seemed to work properly: the TV had no recharge, the window AC had no remote and there was no central AC, and the fan was stuck on fast because its regulator didn't work. The power point wasn't working either. We got two single beds instead of a queen or king bed. There was no warm water, and for Wi-Fi they told us to come to reception and connect through their personal hotspot. Too cheap a hotel.

I had paid the full amount a day ahead and received a booking confirmation, but they refused to let us check in after selling the rooms to someone else for extra money. My family and I, including my kid, were left standing on the road at midnight. Booking.com and OYO blamed each other and told us to find another hotel at 12 AM. NEVER EVER look at this hotel for a stay.

It's easy to reach, just five minutes from the bus stop. The rooms are fairly sized, but you have to get food outside.

Hotel Shri Samarth has a very good ambience and very professional staff. Service and food quality are both very good. They provide WiFi, TV, air conditioner rooms, and a very huge conference room. It's very best in osmanabad.

The bathroom was not clean, there was no hot water in the morning, and room service wasn't available. There's no breakfast or Wi-Fi, despite OYO showing wrong information. The environment also didn't feel good for a family. Pathetic service.
