The free breakfast was the one good part: aloo paratha with tea. Service otherwise wasn't good. They seemed to want us to visit Pachmarhi only in their gypsy. They didn't provide clean drinking water, and when I asked for packed water, he didn't bring a new bottle. The room landline didn't work and seemed to be there just for show. The bath towel was old and stitched along the border, in such poor condition that you'd want to throw it away. We didn't use it.

From my own experience, I'd tell people to find another hotel and not be tempted by a cheap deal. The staff seemed uneducated and greedy for money. They wouldn't provide room service unless we ordered through hotel staff, even when we were willing to pay. I also suspected a privacy breach, so beware. They felt like looters using schemes to take money from tourists, and the trip ended up being sacrificed.

The owner stays at the property and was very cooperative, and it's a nice place for a family stay. The AC wasn't cooling strongly, though. In Pachmarhi, only BSNL and Airtel signals are available, with Idea in a few places, so visitors should be prepared for that. I expect Pachmarhi to be cashless by my next visit, though there isn't any problem with the ATM.

A very bad experience. The toilet had a transparent door, there was a damp, pungent smell everywhere, and the AC leaked. The photos on goibibo looked good, but the hotel was bad in reality and not suitable for a family stay. The owner is a cheat, and the place felt very bad and shady.

The owner was uncooperative, and there was no room service. The building felt cramped across its three floors, and the geyser only worked now and then. This was my worst stay so far. I wouldn't spend money here.
