Hotel Armani should be quicker about cleaning rooms on time and repair things like the Geyser and Door Bells. The rooms and food are good.

They said the pickup and drop-off were free, then once I was in the car they asked me for Rs 5800 for parking. The hotel told me to pay the driver, and gave me no receipt. Don’t trust their claim that the ride is free.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The toilet seats had old urine stains, and the bed covers were dirty. Buffet prices weren’t shown anywhere, but the person at reception asked for 600 rupees.

I stayed at Hotel Armani for two days. The morning staff were professional and helpful, with prompt service, but the night shift was a different story. A staff member, Ajit or Amit, spent the night playing PUBG with earpods in. At 4 AM my partner asked to use the basement parking. The guy ignored him at first, then said to wait two more minutes after taking out his earpods. When my partner asked for access right away, he rudely told us to park outside, claiming the basement only “opens late in the morning,” even though it was the hotel’s own parking. We travel a lot and have never had someone refuse to let us use our own vehicle. This behavior, ignoring guests and focusing on personal entertainment during a night shift, needs to be addressed. Reception had also confirmed by phone that early check-in would be possible, but on arrival they asked for ₹600. After we kept asking, they lowered it to ₹400, then still made us wait another hour.

I booked Hotel Armani through Trip.com because its map showed it in Aerocity, close to Indira Gandhi International Airport (T3). In reality, it’s in Mahipalpur Village, which felt unsafe and was 27 minutes from the airport. As a solo female traveler with an overnight layover, I’d picked it for safety and convenience. Instead, around 1:00 AM, five minutes after I ordered food, an unknown person called my room, used vulgar language, and kept asking to come in. I felt completely unsafe. There were no female staff and no proper security, so I packed my bags in fear and left by 2:30 AM rather than stay overnight. The room was unclean, the pillows hadn’t been changed, and there was no shower in the washroom. There didn’t seem to be proper security or hotel staff around, and the area felt especially unsafe for women. Trip.com’s map was misleading. Knowing the actual location, I would never have booked it. I strongly advise against this hotel, especially for solo travelers or anyone unfamiliar with the area. One of the worst and most unsafe hotel experiences of my life.
