The hotel is just a five-minute walk from New Delhi railway station, and it was quiet with no noise pollution. Our rooms were clean and had hot water. A triple bed was provided for free for me and my parents. Very good hotel and location. Must stay.

The staff were rude, and the food bill was a problem. They charged more than the menu card price, added a service charge, and didn't give us a bill. I wouldn't recommend Sterling Inn. The path to the hotel felt very shady, the amenities weren't provided properly, and the room was very dirty. The toiletries were poor quality, and the bathroom door wouldn't close because it wasn't aligned.

The room's condition could be debated, but the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and anything but friendly. From check-in through check-out, it was just a bad experience. Renovations cost money, sure, but being welcoming doesn't cost anything.

We stayed for five days with my family. The reviews we'd read beforehand had a lot of negative opinions, but we felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very cooperative, the price was reasonable, and the hotel is near New Delhi railway station.

We recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It's affordable, good value, and only a five- to ten-minute walk from New Delhi railway station. The staff were cooperative, and it felt safe for families. One of the best hotels in Paharganj, New Delhi.
