The price felt far too high for what was offered, and the online facilities weren't available or didn't work. Wi-Fi barely functioned, noise went on through the night, and maintenance issues stayed unresolved even after repeated complaints. The room was filthy, with stained bedding, dusty surfaces and a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was worse: poor hygiene, broken fixtures, and no sign it had been cleaned properly before I arrived. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful; requests were ignored or met rudely, with no courtesy or responsibility. From arrival onward, basic hospitality and cleanliness seemed to be missing. This was a deeply disappointing stay, and I would tell people to avoid the place until it makes serious improvements.

I paid ₹6000 a night, which was way too much for these conditions. The hygiene was terrible: the room was dirty, the sheets and pillows were stained, and the blanket smelled bad. I couldn't sleep in the bed, so I spent the whole night on the sofa with my own towel for a cover. It wasn't worth the money at all. If you're visiting Pachmarhi, I'd suggest staying around Matkuli, about 20 km away, where there are newer, cleaner resorts at better prices.

The location worked well, between the towns, and they cleaned our room every day. During my two-day stay, the room was neat, clean and well decorated, with nice lighting and a clean washroom. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were very cooperative. The food we ordered was good, and the service was good as well. I'd recommend it if you're visiting panchmarhi.
