Food service was poor, with most of it arriving almost cold. The kids’ area and adventure activities were a joke too: most equipment was broken or unusable, despite the property being advertised as family-friendly. Our New Year celebration with the whole family was ruined. A family room was clearly available, but management refused to give it to us and pushed us to book two extra rooms. It seemed like a way to extract more money, with no concern for guests or families. The rooms we were given had hardly any basics: no kettle, no tea or coffee, no proper hot water, and barely any room for luggage. Comfort was unacceptable for what we paid. Staff were rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful when we brought up genuine concerns, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. There was no hospitality, just arrogance and a money-minded approach. This caused unnecessary stress and spoiled what should have been a joyful celebration. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

Dear Management Team, I’m writing to complain about our deeply disappointing stay during the New Year period. We had planned a happy family celebration, but the reception team’s actions spoiled it. We clearly told them we were one family and wanted to stay together in a single family room so we could spend quality time together. They knew this, and the family room was available and suited our needs, yet they denied it to us. Instead, we were made to stay in two separate tents. This wasn’t because there were no rooms available. It felt like a deliberate, money-driven choice to earn a few extra bucks. It split our family up and defeated the point of choosing a family-friendly property for New Year. The decision caused a great deal of frustration and stress, and it was disappointing to see extra revenue put ahead of guest comfort, family needs, and basic hospitality. The tents lacked basic amenities: no kettle, tea or coffee supplies, proper hot water, or enough space for luggage. Food was often served nearly cold, and the kids’ area and adventure activities were mostly broken or unusable despite being advertised as functional. When we raised these genuine concerns, staff were rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. They showed no empathy and made no effort to resolve anything, just arrogance and a money-minded attitude. Our celebration was completely spoiled, leaving the whole family stressed and disappointed. This falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. The breakfast was complementary, and the cottages were nice and affordable. I stayed with my family in Premium Cottage 4 after travelling all the way by road from Gurgaon Haryana.

The property itself is very good, but the staff were awful, especially the manager. He was totally useless, changing what he said every five minutes and giving no value to his own words. If the owner reads this, please hire a good manager. That guy changed his statement every ten minutes.
