We booked two rooms at Hotel Hill View, Pahalgam, and were assured they had centralized heating. With the temperature at -8°C, that mattered. But once we arrived and checked in, there was no heating at all. When we raised it with the staff, they said the heating system wasn’t working and denied that the facility would be provided. Having no basic heat in such freezing weather made our stay terribly uncomfortable. The experience was disappointing and reflected badly on management. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially in the colder months.

From 21st February, we spent 4 days at your hotel and had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious and wholesome, and the staff were cordial with remarkable service. Faiyaz bhai took personal care of us, and we’re thankful. We hope to stay again in the near future.

The food was very good, and the bedroom was clean with a well maintained bathroom. The hotel is cheap and, to me, the best. The owner is sweet, kind, and helpful, and the manager is lovely too. Talking with them felt like chatting with friends. The staff were kind and work hard, so please respect them, especially the owner, who is an old man. I really love this hotel. Thanks.
