Hotel Heevan Pahalgam

We were so taken with the scenery and relaxing atmosphere, and the food was full of flavor and beautifully served. The rooms were comfortable, and every staff member we met was courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Hilal and Ashiq for his caring, attentive service and for making sure we were comfortable throughout. We were very impressed with the service and management, and had a fantastic stay. We’re planning to come back with our family soon.

We spent one night here and loved it. The room was large and good, with a mesmerizing view, and the food was mouth watering. Staff were welcoming and supportive, and the hospitality was the best. It’s child friendly too. We’ll visit again.

We left feeling refreshed and pampered, and are already thinking about coming back. The service was a big part of that, especially from Mohammad Shafi Malik and Qaisar Ahmed, who helped arrange activities, shared local recommendations, and checked in with a smile. Heevan Retreat Pahalgam is right by the river Lidder, with breathtaking views and thoughtfully designed spaces that balance comfort and luxury. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed, with plush bedding and modern amenities. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of options for different tastes. From the warm welcome onwards, the staff made us feel at home. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with world-class hospitality.

Mr. Hilal saved the day by bringing us another heater when the room one kept being switched off, even during dinner hours and at dawn in the biting January cold. We were at -16°C, and it was a relief not to risk catching cold. We had to call several times for basic service, which was a big put off, and the rest of the staff lacked manners and didn’t seem to understand what guests needed. The service could have been much better. Heevan is in an amazing location, and people flock here for that alone. Our room was spacious and clean. Cafe Wilo by the river was exquisite and served amazing food, though I’ll review it separately. They charge well for the rooms. Otherwise, the experience was alright.
